We're also the community interaction platform (because currently there are none). And you're also correct in saying that we're not longer in the newspaper business. Sure, many of us may work at "newspapers," but to think that all you do is exclusively produce a print product will make you completely obsolete in five to ten years. "Newspapers" need to go through a rebranding exercise where they ditch the notion that they only focus on a print product and redefine them as a "news organization" (although news organization has no stickiness whatsoever).
