Has anyone installed a good calendar widget where readers could look at various events. We run a calendar in our print edition, but nothing online.


Also has anyone tried any classified widgets?

I use ICS Calendar. You can set it up to take events from Google Calendar, and make that calendar public.

There are multiple classifieds plugins. Here's one and here's another. I can't vouch for those or any other classifieds plugins — I ended up just creating my own.

On the subject of classifieds, do you have any plans to release what you've created Will or will you be hanging on to that? Just wondering out of curiosity.

Maybe a little bit into the year I will release it. Right now the backend isn't completely automated, and I'd rather get the e-mail edition plugin out first.
