Hey guys,


Looking into using WordPress Mobile Edition plugin and needed a little help.


Basically, the plugin uses a phone-friendly theme instead of the traditional Gazette theme we use. I'm trying to set up m.cm-life.com with this theme, and can't quite figure it out. (I made the 'm' prefix domain, but wondering if I have to set up an app via WebFaction or if it's within WordPress).

Anyone using this plugin that have advice? Thanks a lot!

I'm not sure I can help with the url question, but I'd suggest using the WPTouch iPhone theme. We have found it displays our photos and stories much better than the WordPress Mobile edition plugin.

I'm still using an older version of the WP Mobile Edition, so this might have changed. However, the version I use automatically detects if you're using a mobile phone when you go to the site (mainecampus.com, not m.mainecampus.com). Once you install the plugin, it automatically starts using the new theme.
