Just wanted to share a plugin I released over the weekend, that some college sites may find useful.

It's a pretty simple plugin that let's you add notes to plugins to help you keep track of what each plugin is being used for, if you've any changes to a plugin, etc. It'd likely come in handy if you have multiple people managing the technical side of your website, or if you're using a lot of plugins.
